Speaking of mysteries. What’s going on with Belos?
He’s not only weak. He’s unstable.
If the Belos is Philip Wittebane theories stand, Philip must be keeping the spirit of the Titan from completely taking over his body.
Some people are theorizing he’s cursed but I’m not seeing this as being the case.
If he was cursed he would be taking elixir like the Clawthorne sisters.
And look what’s coming out of him. This weird substance…
It looks as green as the giant heart in his throne room
I think that might be Titans blood coming out of him.
I guess it would make sense Belos would have a large supply of Titans blood on hand. (Pun unattended)
He’s probably using that heart to keep it fresh and from drying out. And maybe keeping some stored in him to keep up his strength.
The strange thing is there are pipes connected all over the castle. Does that mean he’s storing it somewhere?
Is it limited to just his castle or are these pipes all over the Isles?
And is the source of the Titan blood coming from that heart or somewhere else?
Also, is he using palismans to contain his physical form? Or just to keep him alive? 
I just can’t get a straight answer with this guy…
He gets weirder every time he shows up on screen…
I don’t know what’s going on with Belos, but I am so grateful we got Lilith out of there….
Now we gotta save Hunter.

Why Belos is NOT so a bad guy
Before we start, I want to elucidate few moments, so that there is no confusion
• Belos is Philip
• The father of the King fought with the titan and won. All magic comes from titan. So, to some extent, titan is wild magic.
• Wild magic is more than it seems. I mean … Wailing star, Moonlight Conjuring, curses. This is all the same wild magic that everyone had in unlimited access before. . And now just look at what happened, despite the fact that it was limited.
So
I re-watched the sixth episode and .. Belos is not so bad.
He really worries about Hunter and doesn’t want him to be affected by the wild magic. It’s just … When Hunt just said he was studying it, He quickly stopped. He stopped because he knows that Belos does not like wild magic. And Belos tells him to be careful.
He knows what wild magic is capable of. He was here from the beginning. He saw a world where kill or you will be killed. Where demons are strong as King said and where wild magic has no boundaries. Belos says that wild magic ruined their family. What if he talks about himself and his curse?
I’ve seen posts about him hurting Hunter, but what if it’s not him? What if it’s a curse. He tries to control him, this can be seen at the beginning of the episode. But it’s hard without talismans. What is seen at the end. The curse is stronger without them. And already this entity harms Hunter ..
When Hunter is talking about wild magic Luz he. … He says that she must forget everything before it hurts her. He do not say that she is not worthy. He says it’s just too dangerous.
This is what Belos said him. Belos knows too much about wild magic. Therefore, he became disillusioned with this world.
Hunter is afraid of wild magic, as Belos said it was dangerous. After all, even the soldiers of the emperor coven have staves without talismans . No wild magic.
Wild magic is banned for a reason. What if Belos really wanted to help? He wants everyone to be safe. Like a law in our world. It is necessary for controlling magic. And the unification of the worlds .. It is needed to evenly divide the magic. To make it equal. Maybe then the curse will cease to exist .. Like all wild magic.
What if he didn’t teach how to conjure correctly .. He taught how to conjure without dangerous.
Therefore, the covens did not help the Eda. They don’t deal with wild magic. Belos does not want Hunter to know more, because one wrong step and who knows what will happen.
Also his battle with Luz. He could easily kill her or harm her .. But he didn’t even when she hit him. He just warned her.
He is a man, people can choose the wrong way. But he is definitely more than meets the eye. And he could really be terrified of the wild magic and try to protect the others from it.
and one more thing
Belos is alone. His family was killed by wild magic.. He was not accepted in his world, not in this one. All there is is just a boy. And Еda has a family, a mother that has been looking for a medicine for 30 years, a sister who will do anything for her sake. And if someone could suffer from the study of the curse, Eda would also be against it.

A painful theory about Hunter. (and a few that got in my mind and keep me awake)
I was thinking about the show and wild magic and a few toughts got in my head that hurt to think of, so I will share them with you.
If Hunter ends up interacting with Eda or Lilith in any way and if he knows about Eda's curse, wouldn't he be curious how she managed to stop the beast? Or even if Luz mentions it.
Now I know everyone expects Belos to do the horrible thing and eat Lil Rascal out of selfishness.
What if the big twist will come from selflesness and Hunter uses the spell Lilith used with Eda to share the curse? He is human so he doesn't have powers anyway so the tought of that side effect wouldn't bother him.
Tldr: Hunter will use the sharing pain spell with Belos.
2nd though cause I can't really call it theory.
Why does Belos even keep him around? Is it because they are related, really? Or is it because he is human and kaybe an descended of Phil... And he keeps him around cause he needs him for something. Is it possible that Belos is to be blamed for what happened to Hunter's parents maybe?
Next one is weird and I suggest to skip it but I put it here for myself.
What if the titan is possessing humans? So it moves in Phils family down the line and keeps Hunter for that purpose, witch means he wants to get on earth for the humans. Might sound weird but its similar to a desiese. Belos can move around the titan and has fleshy powers and can grand flashy powers to others. So its not a far stretch to say he really does have a connection to the titan, he is its mind in a human and needs Earth for the flesh to get itself healed and keeps Hunter around as a 2nd option when who ever he posseses now has their body consumed entirely.
That explains why he wants everyone to stop using wild magic ITS HIS MAGIC the witched are a desiese on the titan.
